Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking notification once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Please Note: We ship worldwide except to select remote locations and some Asian countries. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Castelli gear. If an item isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body Maintenance products (skincare, embrocation)
  • Compression Wear

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, specify whether you want a refund, exchange for a different size, or exchange for a different product. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item. Do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  4. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and full name. Ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped), we cover return shipping costs
  • For all other returns (change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days after we process the refund for it to appear on your statement (timing depends on your financial institution)

Exchanges

For exchanges (for a different size or product):

  • We process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected
  • If the new item is of equal or lesser value, we ship it at no additional charge
  • If the new item is of greater value, we charge the difference before shipping
