Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the cyclist in mind—straightforward, efficient, and reliable, just like our products.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags still attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Body Maintenance (e.g., skincare, embrocation)
  • Compression Wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, let us know if you would like a refund, exchange for a different size, or exchange for a different product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for Instructions: We will reply with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  4. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and full name. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times. This is usually between 5-10 business days after we have processed the refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., for a different size):

  • We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
  • If the new item is of equal or lesser value, we will ship it out to you at no additional shipping charge.
  • If the new item is of greater value, we will charge you the difference before shipping.
