TORQ Recovery or the 4 R’s has been formulated to give you just what you need to rehydrate, refuel, repair and recharge after exercise.

TORQ recovery uses a 3:1 blend of multiple transportable carbohydrates and high quality whey protein and it is generally accepted that cosuming this ratio post exercise will help you store carbohydrates more effectively and your muscles repair faster. 

Importantly there is not a single ingredient within TORQ recovery isn’t from a natural source, or doesn’t naturally occur within the human body.
