Directions for Use

The Torq Energy Chews provide 30g of carbohydrate per chew – it is therefore suggested that the Chews should be consumed during training sessions and races. The chew is particularly effective during long distance events. The Chews are not suggested for high intensity training, when heavy breathing makes consuming them difficult.
