Secure Fit

To get a snug and secure fit, Shimano gives you a super-tough low-profile upper buckle alongside an ever-reliable quick-adjust lace lower. Covering the laces is a durable cover which along with a neoprene cuff at the ankle keeps dirt, grit and water splashes out. 

Pedalling Perfection

Turning to the bottom of the shoes, the SPD compatible sole lets you clip in confidently and securely to your pedals. While clipped in, you’ll also benefit from the TORBAL™ midsole. This midsole design allows a natural lateral movement of the heel, letting you move and manoeuvre easily, but still maintains excellent pedalling efficiency at the cleats. And talking of efficiency, the sole unit is nicely stiff, 8 out of 12 on the Shimano scale, letting you get the power down with ease. 

Lastly, the MICHELIN® OCX3 sole compound improves both grip and durability both on and off the pedals. It’s the ideal sole for when you’re off the bike scoping out trails and then on the bike offers blisteringly quick acceleration out of berms, drops and over the roughest of terrain.
