During sport you lose both water and electrolytes through sweat. Your body also needs electrolytes and carbohydrates in order to absorb water quickly. ISOACTIVE – Isotonic Sports Drink is designed for training and exercise as it maximises your rate of hydration leaving you refreshed.

Directions for Use

Mix 33g (approximately 1.5 measuring spoons – measuring spoon included) with 500ml of water. For best results drink before exercise as required, and drink approximately 150-200ml of the Isoactive Drink every 15 minutes during exercise.
