The Defender 2 Helmet brings together a tough outer shell and impact-absorbing foam liner. The outer shell protects against those more minor dings you get from overhanging bushes and branches that line mountain bike trails. Meanwhile, the foam liner layer soaks up more serious impacts – where tyres let go, skills come up short and you’re heading head first towards the dirt.

Cool and comfortable

While offering reliable protection the Defender 2 is also superbly comfortable to wear. Large vents are used to allow as much airflow to your head as possible, keeping you cooler and more comfortable on the trails. 

A sweat-absorbing liner is deployed inside, preventing you from being drenched at the end of a fun-filled mountain bike session. And it’s removable and washable too, letting you get that fresh-new-lid feel every time. 

Easy Adjustment

O’Neal’s size adjustment system lets you get the perfect fit. A micro-adjustable dial to the back gives one-handed operation, even on the fly. You also benefit from the Fidlock® magnetic buckle, making it super quick and easy to fasten and release at the start and end of a ride.
