With a fruity, refreshing flavour, and a smooth, lump/clump-free consistency the HIGH5 Energy Gel Electrolytes are ideal for all-range of athletes. The gels are scientifically formulated with a fast-acting, multi-carbohydrate blend which will keep you energised before and during exercise. Meanwhile, added electrolytes help you stay hydrated, with added sodium, potassium, magnesium, and chloride replacing the key electrolytes lost through sweating.

Directions for Use

Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. For best results consume up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink.
