The insulation in particular also offers a down-comparable warmth-to-weight ratio for optimum comfort without the bulk, and is easily compressible for quick storage in a pack.  

Extra protection is provided by a drawstring adjustable hood, VISLON® zip, and internal stretch cuffs, thus keeping the cold at bay and helping you to retain your much-needed body warmth when the temperatures drop.
