To give a versatile and packable vest Assos have stripped back the garment to the essentials, using highly functional fabrics to deliver exceptional performance. The MILLE GT Wind Vest is made with Assos’ Foil Ultra textile to the front. This lightweight fabric is windproof, water-repellent and breathable so you’ll enjoy a nicely regulated micro-climate inside. Meanwhile, the side panels use ‘Glossy’ a warp-knit windproof textile which gives extra stretch to enhance the fit while still maintaining breathability. The combination strikes a balance of low pack weight and protection son you’re happy to take the GT Vest on every ride without sacrificing too much space in pockets. 

In terms of the fit of the vest, this garment is less compressive than a racingFit, but more fitted than Assos’ comfortFit. It bridges the gap between the two and provides the ideal balance between comfort, freedom of movement and performance.
